2022 Jerome Galeyrand Bourgogne Aligote 'Les Blanches', Burgundy, France Domaine de la Combe Solely sourced from Pinot NoirVariety: Aligot Vine Age: Planted in 1960 Terroir: From the commune of Pommard, north facing, mid slope, on fragmented white limestone. Viticulture: Organic (not certified) Vinification: No added SO2 during vinification or aging. Crushed and pressed in a vertical wood press, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 12 months in barrels (20% new), aged another 2 months in tank. No fining, light filtration if necessary. SO2 added before bottling (50 55
