1914 Print Bildnis Meines Sohnes Effigy Son Portrait Wilhelm Trubner German DKU1 SA2 14 x 13 cmThis is an original 1914 color print of Bildnis Meines Sohnes which translates to Effigy of my Son, by Wilhelm Trubner. It is unclear if this is a painting of Trubner's son, or if the painting was made for this boys father. Trubner was a German realist painter. He was greatly influenced by the art of Manet during a trip to Paris, which can be seen in some of his work. He published writings on art theory in 1892 and 1989 which expressed the theory that
