With each annual release the maturation can vary slightly, giving us a fresh take on the 16 year old with each year. Nose Notes of prunes, marzipan and orange infused chocolate introduce this dram. Palate Vibrant and complex on the palate, there are notes of maraschino cherry syrup, liquorice, dates and star anise. Gentle peat smoke emerges, along
