In California, there are primarily three heritage grapes, Zinfandel, Valdigui, and Charbono. Of those, Zin is pretty widely planted, but Valdigui and Charbono are sparse and endangered if we dont drink them. Weve been producing Valdigui for close to a decade now and Ive had my eyes and ears open for a Charbono that we
