2022 BXT Wines, Manley Vineyard Blanc de Blanc, Sonoma-Carneros, USA Ornellaia 3% Marsanne - 20 yearsFrom the winemaker: Located in Sonoma Carneros, just a stones throw away from downtown Sonoma, Manley Vineyard sits on a mix of sandy loam and clay soils. Since 2019, the site has been organically hand farmed by myself. The fruit was hand picked on August 15th, 2022. Grapes were then gently pressed (this bottling is 80 gallons per ton), oxidatively handled, and fermented with native yeasts in large format French oak barrels. Malo lactic fermentation
