Following his passion, he went on to study agricultural engineering and oenology. From there he wanted to discover new territories, recognising the importance of sharing knowledge with other producers, which led him to Sicily where he worked with another of our fave producers, Arianna Occhipinti. In 2014 he began restoring vineyards on the north side of Etna
