This is a stunning hand drawn cartoon done during the WWI Era, likely the 1920s, of several soldiers & a band bidding farewell to a friend who is standing atop a train car which is leaving the station. The cartoon characters featured in this artwork are very unique and almost have a Disney esque design. The only thing close to an Artist ID is a set of initials on the side of a train car, F. E. C.. The drawing depicts a
