Called in German a Infanterie Sturmabzeichen in Silber, this genuine badge is constructed of silvered zinc. Over time, the silver oxidizes, so these are most often appear dark gray, however this example still has over 50% of the silvering on the front! It also has almost all of the back silvering present, making this one of the most attractive examples we have had. It is not maker marked, however it does have a date
