carved from one piece of wood--by the same maker I think as a smaller one I am listing separately

with a bit of running original to the making

What to make of this figure

Two Sweet Carved Birds blue body just great lines and aThese two were carved by the same maker and I really like the way they sit together, so am selling them as a pair. I'd think the one on the right is meant to be a dove, and I should know but am not sure about the one at left, which appears to have a small crest and a slightly hooked beak. Both done without a lot of fuss, and I think quite lovely in their simplicity. Not super old but with some years on them for sure, with a bit of warming to their dry
