Made by SEIKOSHA of Tokyo, the clock measures 9" across overall, and is contained in an alloy wall casing with a hinged glass door. It has a 6" dial in a cream color with black numerals, including a smaller second hand directly under the 12 o'clock position. In full working order it even comes with a brass
