I find this bowl about as beautiful as it gets

Though he has lost the fur that once covered his body

and was the first company to produce decorative molded wood pulp products with a hand carved look

but that's part of what makes it wonderful

variegated gray--darker and drippy in a few areas in response to the form of the vessel

Hamilton I find this bowl aboutI really love this little lion, whose carver seems to have abandoned him without quite finishing (though after doing quite a nice job detailing his face, mane, feet and tail), making me love him all the more. The chunk of wood still attached the back makes him appear to be carrying around the weight of the world, but also doubles as a pedestal should one want to display him legs up! 3" long x 3 1 8" tall x 1 2" wide.
