S. leaflet printed in Japanese to be dropped on Japanese forces to convince them to surrender, telling them that they fought well but fought in an unprovoked war started by the attack on Pearl Harbor without approval from the Emperor. This fact is incorrect, however, as Hirihito knew about Pearl Harbor. The leaflet comes with a 2 page letter sent by Roy of the 73rd Bomb Wing on Marianas
