I'd call it Japanese deco and guess 1940s or so
but I've not seen an example
Early, Ultra Sharp Cased Tintype of Bored Looking, Finely Dressed Young Woman antique berlinwork and if it was everUltra sharp and crystal clear with rich detail and tonality, this cased photo is I believe a tintype, under glass though it is sealed and so I haven't opened it. I just love her, looking bored and a bit dejected, but very pretty, and finely dressed, with cameo at her neck, black ribbons at her wrists, and a ring on her index figure. Feels like being 14 or 15 to me! With her elbow resting on a side table covered in floral fabric, and ruffles at the end
