Woman with Jugs and Fish, Early 19th Century Watercolor Portrait brass caliper Box 6 3/4 x 2This I know was found inside the pages of an early 19th century Bible. How long it lived there I am not sure, but I believe dates to the 1820s or 30s. What I love most is the treatment of that fish and her hand as she grips the basket that holds it along with some greens poking out at the other end. She's got her hands full!
