I was pretty excited to find a box full of these handmade slides at the flea market this weekend--a box in which many were rolled up in newspaper from 1945

with not a chip or crack or flaw that I can see

I found these in New Hampshire and have found a definitely record for the Amos J. Blake (1836 1925) that they belonged to: a prominent attorney of Rindge, NH, whose home in nearby Fitzwilliam has since been
