Offered in very good condition, this is a totally original 1944 dated Petrol "Jerry Can", with a DAK desert tan paint job. We can see the red primer under the paint where it has worn off, but it definitely does not look to be the original paint job. We do not know whether it was repainted during the war, or post war. The side of the can is embossed with the identification and maker information: Kraftstoff 20 L
