This is a very scarce M1910 first aid pouch with an original 1916 dated Bandage First Aid Packet. It is faintly marked JPS 1917 under the flap. Both snaps still work great. The back of the pouch is stenciled D5 68 and under the flap is stenciled D 68, denoting a unit marking of Company D, 68th Regiment (Infantry or Artillery).
