This is a small Horn beaker made from a Cow's Horn very nicely scrimshawed with a Naval Fouled Anchor set amidst "G." and "R." for King George III. This King reigned from 1760 until 1820, and this dates to the Napoleonic Wars of the 1790's, which ended in 1815.
