This allows you to connect any reflector with a universal IEC socket. The ballast has dimming and boost functions that allow you to control the light output of your lamp for your plants. There are two adjustable options (250W & 400W) and a 'super lumen' boost option (600W+Boost), which averages a 10% power increase. For best results, we recommend using a
