Constructed of a black wool base indicating issue to Panzer personnel, the obverse overlaid by an eight pointed dark grey threaded starburst with silver aluminum wire rays emanating from the arms, bearing a central white embroidered disc overlaid by a black mobile swastika with arms trimmed by fine silver aluminum wire, set within a gilded laurel wreath which is wrapped in ribbon and joined together at the
