handwritten in black ink "95" on the underside of the belt at the tip on the right end

Germany, Heer. A Mint Panzer EM/NCO’s Breast Eagle Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic received his medals(Heer Brustadler fr Mannschaften). Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 105 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), a privately purchased example in unissued and near mint condition.
