Austria, Imperial. A German Knight’s Order, Marian Neck Cross Heer. A Flak/Artillery Hauptmann’s Service Tunic dated to July 19(Marienkreuz des Deutschen Ritterordens). Instituted on March 26, 1871. (Issued 1885 1918). A silver Latin cross with black and white enameled arms, the obverse with a red enameled Geneva cross on a white field, surrounded by a black ring of enamels, inscribed ORDO TEUT HUMANITATI in capital lettering, the reverse with a similar white field, dated 1871, surrounded by a ring of black enamels, on a loop for suspension from its period original neck
