Organic and hand harvested fruit, fermented in stainless steel with wild yeast and then matured in chestnut barrels for 9 months. Fresh with aromas of red fruit, spice, and licorice. The palate is brimming with ripe red fruit, ripe plum, spice and a mineral note. Noticeable tannins but quite approachable.
