Westward American Single Malt Whiskey Old so they branched out intoMade in Portland, Oregon from 100% malted barley, this whiskey is an exceptional example of the American Single Malt style. The barley is fermented with an ale yeast before distillation in a double pot still, and it is aged in new charred American oak barrels. Malted nuts and honey dominate the nose, while the palate is full with cinnamon porridge and spices from the barrel aging. The spirit is sweet but well spiced, like an oatmeal cookie, with a
