Constructed of green rayon, the obverse bearing an additional layer of dark green rayon threading, overlaid by a machine embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 128 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), an unissued late war example in near mint condition.
