It states that Oberfeldwebel (Master Sergeant) Heinrich Deppe of the 2nd Company of Higher Pilots Technical School has been promoted to Stabsfeldwebel (Senior Master Sergeant), effective April 1, 1944. The document is dated to Jterbog Altes Lager (old encampment) on April 1, 1944 and signed in blue ink by a Major General and Commander of the school.
