It was given to Otto von Bismarck on occasion of his 77th birthday by the Association of Iron and Steel Workers. Measuring 300 mm (w) x 410 mm (h), presenting light denting and scuffing of the cover, the document being undamaged, yet no longer attached to the folder, remains very fine.
