Constructed of grey wool with a black cotton twill backer, the obverse with a machine embroidered black cotton eagles head, above three green oak leaves and an acorn, surrounded by a silver aluminum wire cord, unmarked, measuring 52 mm (w) x 64 mm (h), most of the cord has been lost, in otherwise near extremely fine condition.
